About the role

We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Move Manager / Sales Progressor with a proven track record of success in administrative roles.

Experience within estate agency, residential lettings, or a strong understanding of the home-buying process is highly desirable.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales journey
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of branch sales progression
  • Assisting with and processing home sales from offer to completion
  • Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders in the home-moving process
  • Supporting the wider team to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience

Sales Progressor responsibilities

  • Register client details
  • Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process: mortgage advisers or lenders, solicitors, buyers, vendors, surveyors, and any other key parts to the process
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale: identification, mortgage agreement, required insurance policies
  • Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion

What's on offer

Salary and earnings:

  • Basic annual salary: ÂŁ20,000 to ÂŁ22,000 (depending on experience)
  • Complete on target earnings: ÂŁ30,000 per year
  • Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline:
  • 65% - ÂŁ250
  • 75% - ÂŁ500
  • 85% - ÂŁ750

Requirements
