Senior Development Manager

Lead significant government property development, advisory and transaction projects.
Temporary full-time opportunity (up to 12 months), with the possibility for ongoing.
Location: Newcastle, with other NSW regional locations considered and flexible working supported.
Salary: Relative to experience, ranging from $154,231 to $178,369 + super.
In this role you will
Join Property & Development NSW and help unlock value from some of the state's most significant property assets and portfolios. You'll lead complex development, transaction and advisory projects that deliver positive social, economic and environmental outcomes for the people of NSW. Working across government, you'll partner with senior stakeholders, clients and industry experts to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and drive projects from strategy through to delivery.
About you
- Proven experience leading complex property development and or construction projects
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking, project leadership and problem-solving capability
Essential
- Tertiary qualifications in a business, property and construction management related discipline or equivalent experience
