About the role

Join haart Estate Agents in Streatham as a Senior Lettings Negotiator and become part of a high-performing team in one of South London's most competitive property markets. We are looking for an experienced, results-driven professional with a proven track record of winning business, building lasting client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for conducting viewings, negotiating offers, generating valuations, securing new business, and supporting the success of the branch while mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Assessing and valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilising various marketing skills
• Generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
• Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings

• Full UK Driving Licence
