We are seeking a dedicated Site Total Facilities Manager to join our team at HMP Pentonville, a category B male prison.

Requirements
We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Site Manager with a combination of:
- Experience of facilities management
- Experience of managing budgets
- Experience of managing staff teams of 15+
- Experience of operating in a Prison or Military environment – Desirable
- Completed a recognised apprenticeship in a facilities / building services trade, or have two years of recognised experience
- IOSH Qualification – Desirable
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills

Future Plans
GFSL has been notified by its shareholder (MOJ) that the provision of FM Services will in future be delivered by the private sector. This means that following a successful procurement process, GFSL's services will complete transfer to a private sector provider/providers no sooner than August 2027.
