Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor

Compensation and Hours

Salary: £28,000 OTE per year with uncapped commission

Working hours:

  • 8:30am to 6pm, four weekdays per week
  • 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Initial Training

Your journey begins with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual or automatic car)
  • Access to your own vehicle
  • Proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting

Terms and Conditions

Please note: If you voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme.
