The Role
Location: Ashford
Salary and compensation:
- £28,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
Working hours:
- 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week
- 9am to 5pm every Saturday
Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence (manual or automatic car)
- Access to your own vehicle
- Proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Basic IT proficiency and a keen eye for detail
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK as per the Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate)
- Availability for video call interview
Training and Development
Your journey will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
- Continued training as you grow and develop within your role
- Option to pursue fully funded property industry training leading to a nationally recognised qualification (where available)

Training costs: If you are successful in your application for this role but voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme.
