We are recruiting a driven, people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly and ambitious team at haart Estate Agents in Clacton. Whether you are looking for your first opportunity in property or are ready for a new career where your hard work can truly make a difference, this could be the perfect place to start. No previous property experience is required. At haart, we provide you with the training, coaching and support you need to build your knowledge, develop your confidence and become a successful Lettings Negotiator. From building relationships with landlords and tenants to arranging viewings and helping people find their next home, no two days will be the same.
Compensation & Working Hours
- Salary: £28,000 OTE per year
- Commission: Uncapped commission
- Additional bonus scheme
- Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Initial Training
Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
Key Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

- Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle
- If you are successful in your application for this role but voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme
