We’re looking for an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join Fox & Sons in Dorchester, part of Connells Group. You’ll help people find their next home, negotiate sales and build a career where your results are recognised and rewarded.

The Role

• Build relationships with buyers and understand what they’re looking for

• Arrange and conduct property viewings

• Generate new business and book property valuations

• Negotiate offers and agree sales

• Keep buyers and sellers updated as sales move towards completion

• Introduce customers to our branch Mortgage Advisor

What You’ll Bring

• Ideally, experience in estate agency, sales or a customer-facing role

• Confidence starting conversations and building relationships

• Motivation to work towards targets and earn commission

• An organised approach and the resilience to follow up opportunities

• A commitment to giving customers a great experience

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
