About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Lettings Branch Manager to lead our Dulwich branch to new heights. This is an opportunity for a proven leader with a passion for property and people to take ownership of a thriving office, inspire a talented team, and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team
- Coach the team to achieve KPIs
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including one-to-one meetings
- Encourage your team's development and progression
- Generate new and repeat business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Liaise with Tenants and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
- Ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
Essential Skills and Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
- Communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and colleagues
- Create and action business plans relevant to your branch
- Monitor and assess performance of local competitors
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits
- Complete on-target earnings of £80,000
- £2,500 for your first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline
- Uncapped commission scheme

- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays)
- Full time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-5pm every other Saturday

Requirements to Progress
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport or Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
