About the Role
The role of Lettings Consultant is exciting and rewarding. Do you have a solid background in customer service? Are you looking to join a well-established Estate Agency? Key Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
- Booking and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Achieving personal and branch sales targets
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Building strong relationships internally and externally
Skills Required
- Experience within sales and customer service
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Be responsive to change
- A full UK driving license
