The Role
Location: Tunbridge Wells (and surrounding area)
Job Type: Permanent / Temporary / Full Time / Part Time
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with some overtime available when trained
Pay: Starting at £26,520 per annum, increasing to £27,560 per annum following a successful trial period. You also have the opportunity to earn an uncapped weekly bonus
This role requires coverage between various branches in the surrounding areas. A full driver's license and mode of transport are essential.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to oversee operations in various branches and to provide a relief service to any branch within your area in the event of a colleague's absence.
- Ensure the correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with the company strategy to ensure an excellent service is provided to customers
- Promote a positive working environment for colleagues, with correct training and assessment
- Operate flexibly across a broad range of activities in support of the Company's continuing need to adapt to change and to provide a first-class service to customers
- Work closely with Area Managers and Area Development Managers to ensure the effective running of the area
- Complete an act of kindness for customers or colleagues every day

Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.
