Overview

We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Bristol office. You'll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. Salary and Benefits

  • Basic salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time: 08:30–18:00 (weekdays)
  • 09:00–17:00 (one in every four Saturday, with a day-in-lieu)

Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

  • Several days of training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
  • Purpose-built training location

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Good telephone manner
  • IT skills
  • Valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car (automatic-only licences cannot be accepted)
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)

  • National Insurance documentation
  • Drivers Licence Check

Additional Information

  • You may be required to interview via video call at some point(s) in the application process
  • The Employee Assistance Programme offers up to six sessions of support and guidance via telephone
  • Company financial commitments to annual eye tests and glasses are subject to the terms stated in the company Eye Test Policy

  • Hotel stay whilst training is dependent on your travel distance to Head Office location
