Senior Lettings Consultant

About the Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Consultant to join an award-winning team. This role is ideal for an outgoing, confident and conscientious individual. Candidates who live locally and have knowledge of Dunmow and the surrounding areas is an advantage, but not essential.

Duties

• Undertaking rental valuations and negotiating with landlords to secure instructions to market
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and recommend suitable properties to rent
• Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years current experience in Residential Lettings is essential
• Knowledge of Dunmow and the surrounding areas would be an advantage, but not essential
• Confident, outgoing, enthusiastic and competitive
• Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach
• IT proficient, familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn bespoke 'in house' software packages without issue
• Full UK driving license
• A strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Basic salary circa £25,000p/a - £27,000p/a, dependant on existing industry experience, plus commission. Realistic OTE up to £32,000p/a.

Hours of Work

Full Time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays with a day off during the week.

Branch opening hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday, and 9.00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays.
